The Beach
Lake Anna Marina is proud to offer our
customers access to their own private beach here on our point.
Tons of sand were brought in to make our beach more enjoyable. We added
barbecue grills for greater customer satisfaction. As always give us
some ideas! We'll listen to your requests!

of your boating needs. We stock a full product supply of oils and
petroleum products for your boat or watercraft. Our marine store has
life jackets, wet suits, tubes, skis, drinks and chips, and light
groceries.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE ABOVE SERVICES
- Prices do not include fuel and fuel
filters.
- Fresh water systems, wash down
pumps, heads, etc. price quoted for each boat.
- Holding tank pump out is $45.00.
- After November 15, 2010 an
additional $50.00 fee will be applied to all services.
- No warranty on winterizations
performed after the first documented freeze and any boats kept in water.
- Above prices do not include
de-winterization charges in the spring. This will cost $89.00 and is
required to validate our warranty. This procedure verifies that no oils
have leaked down over the winter, charges your batttery and includes a
running check of your boat to make sure that you have a trouble free
spring.

including Yamaha, Kawasaki, BRP, Mercury, Nissan, and Volvo Penta.
Our certified mechanics are here and ready to
help you with any marine service or questions that you might have.
